Our warmest and heartfelt thanks to everyone who made this day special and such a joyous occasion. A special thank you to Bishop Noonan, Mr. Jon Trout, the clergy and all our families and friends who came to celebrate with us. Thank you for blessing us with your presence. We would also like to acknowledge and thank the 100th Anniversary Committee, our staff, all the volunteers and ministers who made this celebration possible. May God bless you for kindness and your ministry. Thank you to the Knights of Columbus for your many years of service. We also thank our sponsors especially Diocesan Publication. We can’t say thank you enough for all your support and patience! It is most appreciated. We remember in a special way all those who over the last 100 years have been so instrumental in laying the foundation of our parish and all those who have been such an integral part in building up the faith community of St. Mary Catholic Church. May God bless you for your gracious gifts, the love you shared, the hope you gave, the sacrifice you made. Thank you Heavenly Father for the gift of yourself, your Son, and your Holy Spirit. And thank you for giving us Mary to be our Beloved Mother and Patroness of our Church.
The Gospel according to John is a masterful revelation into the divinity of Jesus Christ. John’s inspired words lead us to a greater faith and intimacy with Jesus as God and Man. In our 8-week journey through this magnificent “good news” we will imagine being the servants at the wedding at Cana, the woman at the well, the man born blind, and the woman caught in adultery as they encounter the merciful and healing power of Jesus. “Follow Me: Meeting Jesus in the Gospel of John” is our Lenten bible study designed not only to engage our minds but inspire our spirits and feed our souls.
We will begin with registration on the weekends of Feb. 4-5 and 11-12. The cost of the video presentation and your personal workbook is $15 per person. Our first session will be on Thursday Feb. 23 at 1 PM and 7 PM in the Parish Hall. We will end our classes on Tuesday Apr. 11 of Holy Week. If you have any questions please contact Deacon Mike at 321 631-8962 or firstname.lastname@example.org
