Goals

1. Liturgy / Worship
    To worship God to the best of our ability so that we 
    honor Him and develop a loving relationship with Him, 
    together. 

2. Family Life
    To assist every family unit in St. Mary's to respond 
    adequately to the challenges of life through appropriate 
    support structures. 

3. Education
    To carry out the teaching mission of the Church for all 
    the people of St. Mary's from childhood through 
    adulthood. 

4. Social Outreach
    To respond in practical ways to need, especially the poor 
     and the suffering, locally and globally. 

5. Community Building
    To build a strong sense of belonging in our Catholic 
     community so that we can reach out lovingly to the 
     broader community. 

6. Administration
    To develop a collaborative style of ministry so that the 
     mission and goals of our community be implemented 
     effectively. 

7. Facilities Master Plan
    To develop a Master Plan with short and long term goals in 
    order to provide adequate facilities for our present and future 
    needs.
